(WKBW/Cleveland Clinic) If you've lost that lovin' feeling this Valentine's Day, you may want to head to the kitchen.
There are lots of foods that can help put you in the mood for love.
Registered dietitian at the Cleveland Clinic says foods that improve blood flow also improve desire.
Here are some foods they say improve blood flow: strawberries, oranges, and grapefruit. Oysters have also been considered an aphrodisiac. Garlic won't do much for your breath, but it also contains a chemical that increases blood flow.
Plus, try a handful or two of almonds this Valentine's Day, and dietitians say even sauerkraut may get you in the mood!
