(WKBW/CLEVELAND CLINIC) When it comes to eating, most of us want foods that make us feel fuller, longer.

Vegetables digest quickly, making us feel hungry sooner, but nutritionists say foods containing healthy fats hold our appetite better.

Foods like low-fat peanut butter and lean proteins, like chicken and fish.

They also recommend foods that will swell in the stomach like oatmeal, wheat bread, or brown rice.
