Drink Water To Shed Pounds

(WKBW/CNN) A study out this week finds that drinking water before meals could help you lose weight.
Researchers from Virginia Tech say just two 8-ounce glasses of water before meals seems to help people shed pounds.
Data showed that middle aged and older people who drank two glasses of water right before eating a meal, ate between 75 and 90 fewer calories during that meal, than those who did not have water.
