(WKBW/University at Buffalo) According to University at Buffalo researchers, kids may benefit from a simple morning walk to school, rather than getting a ride.

They found that walking can reduce the child's stress during the school day, and keep heart rate and blood pressure down, helping to prevent cardiovascular disease later in life.
