A Florida man is lucky to be alive after a harrowing incident this week, according to authorities.
According to a news release from the Osceola County Sheriff's Office, police said a Florida man was arrested and charged with attempted murder, robbery, abuse of a disabled adult, petit theft and animal cruelty for allegedly robbing a wheelchair-bound man and pushing him into oncoming highway traffic during an incident earlier this month.
The victim's dog was also injured in the incident, police said.
