A shocking story from Texas on Monday.
According to a report from the Dallas Morning News, police said a 75-year-old man has been arrested and is facing capital murder charges for allegedly shooting and killing a neighbor couple on Monday following a dispute over dog feces.
The victims -- a 31-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman -- were both shot multiple times, according to the Dallas Morning News report.
