Buffalonians can now shop for dog food, winter boots, and groceries all at once and from the comfort of their couch.

Google announced Wednesday morning that it will be expanding its Express online delivery service to Buffalo immediately.

Today's expansion also includes: Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont

This is part of an effort to bring Express to the entire country by the end of the year.

Google Express is designed to connect customers directly with their favorite retailers and brands.

"Our goal with Google Express is to offer a great shopping experience and connect people with their favorite stores," said Brian Elliott, General Manager of Google Express. "Today, we're very excited to be further expanding our efforts - making it easy for millions in Buffalo - and the entire state of New York to get things they need from stores they love - delivered fast."

Beginning Wednesday, customers will be able to shop from retailers like Whole Foods, PetSmart, and Costco on their smartphones and laptops, and receive their purchases with a quick maximum 2-day shipping turnaround. Most stores and cities with offer overnight delivery.

The full list of merchants partnering with Google are:
