BUFFALO, N.Y. ( WKBW ) New Orleans isn't the only place that people party on "Fat Tuesday" just before the Lenten season of fasting.
Buffalo is also a place to celebrate "Mardi Gras!"
The newsweekly ARTVOICE is sponsoring a 5pm parade, followed by a party at various restaurants and nightclubs in the city and suburbs.
People can party responsibly, and help out Hospice and the "Give For Greatness" campaign to fun the arts.
