BUFFALO, NY ( WKBW ) There were no tricks, but plenty of treats for some young patients at Buffalo's Women and Children's Hospital Tuesday.
Employees from the local "Spirit Store" brought in boxes of Halloween decorations, along with arts and crafts...bags full of special prizes...games to play...and even costumes for the kids to wear and keep.
The kids also got to get their hands dirty painting some pumpkins to help get them in the Halloween spirit!
Kelly East, Spirit Halloween Manager helped organize the event and was inspired by the children.
The seasonal retailer has four locations in WNY.
