Buffalo, N.Y. (WKBW) – Whether you are on Facebook or Twitter, social media was buzzing with comments about the death of 95-year-old Ralph Wilson Jr.
Fans giving condolences to the family, others were remembering 50 great years of memories.

There were also many fans taking to the streets over night. Many toasted and paid tribute to the man they say changed the face of business, sports and the entire community here in Western New York. Others said Mr. Wilson will never know the impact that he has had on the Queen City and beyond.

“Buffalo is very lucky to have had him here. There are so many businesses and people that he touched like I said he touch so many people's lives they might not even realize it. There are people working for me that don't even realize how much the Bills impact us. That's one of the reasons you want to say condolences to his family and everyone is going to have very good memories of that man,” Owner of Duff’s Restaurant in West Seneca Phil Kinecki said.

Other people are hoping the Bills have a bright future in Buffalo. One fan said the Bills are truly the heart of the city.
