This morning Dr. Janet Gane showed us some healthy eating tips for the summer!

Here are some of her suggested Popsicle recipes:

-Pom 100% Pomegranate Juice with lemon

-Pom 100% Pomegranate Juice with banana

-Plain Non-fat Fage Greek Yogurt with fresh raspberries

-Plain Non-fat Fage Greek Yogurt with fresh raspberries, touch of Kefir, and lemon juice

-Lemon Sorbet with hint of Non-fat Fage Greek Yogurt raspberries, fresh lemon zest

-100% Pure Tangerine Juice
