BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - Special guest Glenn Plaskin, a former Western New Yorker and author, made an appearance on Good Morning WNY Thursday.
Plaskin recently released his book, "Katie: Up and Down the Hall", about his dog Katie and how she drew residents in his NYC building together.
