A wintry weekend blast caused tricky travel on area roads Saturday. Here is a rundown of just some of the accidents the Eyewitness Newsroom was following:
Cattaraugus Indian Territory:
Route 438 and Thompson Road, car rolled over, driver out of the car.
Ambulance responded.
Clarence-
Werhle Drive, car rolled over, person stuck inside...unknown extent of injuries. Fire and ambulance responded.
Orchard Park-
Route 219, car rolled over, ambulance and fire crews responded to rescue a person still inside the car.
Hamburg-
Route 5 near the Ford Stamping Plant. Multiple cars spun out. Reports of a car hitting a guard rail. Police responded.. Another car rolled over multiple times, but the driver was not injured.
Evans-Route 5 in front of the Lake Shore Middle School...car rolled on its side. Unknown injuries. Police, ambulance and fire responded.
Elma-
Route 400 near Jamison Road, report of a car spinning into the median. Sheriff's responded.
Grand Island-
Baseline Road. Report of a car in the ditch. Police responded.
