ALBANY, NY (WKBW-TV)--
The New York State Thruway Authority has announced that all lanes are open on eastbound I-90 at milepost 396 between Exits 48A (Pembroke, Medina) and Exit 48 (Batavia). Traffic had been delayed due to an earlier tractor trailer fire.
Some residual traffic delays continue.
The Thruway Authority appreciates motorists' patience during this emergency.
