A Franklinville man faces multiple drug charges after an investigation led police to execute a search warrant on the subject's residence.
Franklinville police arrested Gary Baldwin, 63, of Franklinville stemming from an incident on Thursday, where Baldwin had marijuana delivered to him in the mail.
According to police, while searching his residence at 16 Johnson St., a marijuana grow was found on the top floor along with four ounces of processed marijuana.
He's charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the 4th degree and unlawful growing of cannabis.
Baldwin is to appear in Franklinville Town Court on October 2nd at 7:00 p.m.
