A snow plow contractor who scammed hundreds of customers across Western New York has been granted parole.
Last June, Scott Romero was sentenced to one to three years in jail.
The Attorney General sued Romero after he took hundreds-of-thousand of dollars in advanced payments from Wayne and Monroe County residents, for work he never did.
