Adre Bulluck is back at the Erie County Fair for the second year in a row serving up his popular North Carolina Bar-B-Que.It's a family business that he started ten years ago, but the recipes he's using go way back "North Carolina bar-b-que is over five generations old, it's over a hundred years old" Dre adds "and my father always told me if it ain't broke don't fix it."

He says one of the secrets to Dre's North Carolina Bar-b-Que is what he calls "my father's legacy, pork butts we turn it into bar-b-que." They offer all the traditional side dishes: mac and cheese and collard greens and everything is prepared inside his spotless trailer that he built in 2007..

One secret that can be revealed is that this North Carolina Bar-b-que entrepreneur grew up in Western New York. His visits to the Erie County Fair are a chance for him to catch up with family and friends. Dre's North Carolina Bar-B-Que won "Best Fare Of The Fare" for the second year in a row.
