Flames erupted at a home inside of the French Quarter Mobile Home Park in West Seneca overnight.
Firefighters were alerted to the fire around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday. When they arrived to 89 Lorraine Place they found heavy fire coming from the home's attached garage.
Crews worked quickly to keep the bulk of the fire from getting inside of the home.
The home's resident is okay. Police said he was staying with his son and was not home when the fire started.
A neighboring trailer sustained some minor damage when the fire melted some siding.
An official damage estimate was not immediately available. The West Seneca Town Assessor's office lists the total assessed value at $27,000.
