Erie County Sheriff's deputies have arrested Thomas Manuszewski, after they say he shot his son in Elma.
Manuszewski opened fire, according to the Sheriff's office, after a fight inside his Elma home.
Deputies say they were called to the Clinton Street home, just before Noon, Wednesday. They found the 39-year-old victim shot in the chest. He was rushed to Erie County Medical Center and is expected to be okay.
Manuszewski is charged with assault with intent to cause serious injury, criminal use of a firearm and criminal possession of a weapon.
Manuszewski is due in Elma Town Court Thursday night.
He's locked up at the Erie County Holding Center.
