A former nurse is charged with illegally distributing Oxycodone.
Prosecutors say 46-year-old Samilyn Olson was working at the VA Outpatient Clinic in Jamestown when she stole blank prescriptions and forged them for Oxycodone back in 2010.
Investigators say she then had the prescriptions filled at pharmacies. If convicted, Olson faces up to 20 years in prison.
