East Aurora Police want to warn neighbors about a stranger danger incident involving a 14-year-old girl.  Police posted on their Facebook page Wednesday night that a man pulled into the driveway of the girl, who was coming home from school, and tried to talk to her.  The girl went into her house and locked the door.

The step-mother of the teen also posted on Facebook.  She wrote that a man in a black pickup truck followed the girl as she was walking home from school, then pulled into the driveway and into the garage.  He tried to ask the girl if she was a cheerleader, and the girl ran into the house.

Police describe the man as white, in his 60s or 70s, and say he was wearing glasses . They also say this happened in the "northeast part of the village."  If you know anything about what happened, call police at 652-1111.
