An East Aurora man now admits he had sexual contact with a six year-old child.
Charles Ernst, 34, pleaded guilty in Erie County Court to two counts of first-degree criminal sex act.
He admitted to having oral sexual contact with the victim.
Ernst faces up to 25 years in prison when he is sentenced on July 5th. He will also have to register as a sex offender once he is released.
