A 69-year-old man is dead after an accident in East Aurora on Monday.
According to the East Aurora Police Department, Karl Huber Jr. was operating a tractor, trying to drag a tree stump across his yard, when it rolled over on top of him.
The accident happened just before 11 a.m. on Behm Road.
Police say Huber was pronounced dead at the scene.
