A suspected drunk driver hit a pedestrian along Route 20 in the Town of Ripley.
The accident happened late Saturday night.
Police charged 61 year old Rory Stevenson of Angola with vehicular assault and drunk driving.
The victim, . Matthew Vogt, was flown by Starflight helicopter to UPMC Hamot Medical Center for serious life threatening injuries.
