Chautauqua County sheriff's deputies responded to a car accident on Milestrip Road in the Town of Cherry Creek after a car slid into a guard rail.
Deputies say Justin Raynor slid while attempting to stop, hitting the guard rail.
Raynor and his three passengers suffered minor injuries and were taken to the hospital by ambulance, according to officials.
The Sheriff's Office says it later discovered an order of protection was issued between Raynor and one of his passengers.
Raynor was charged with unsafe tire and criminal contempt, according to officials.
Raynor was issued tickets and will be in Cherry Creek court at a later date.
