A Buffalo man is dead and four other males are injured after a drive-by shooting on the first block of Marigold Avenue Thursday night.
Buffalo Police say a 38-year-old Buffalo male has died while being treated at ECMC.
A 28-year-old Buffalo male is being treated for serious injuries.
Three other Buffalo males, a 30-year-old, 33-year-old, 44-year-old, have been treated and released.
Police say the shooting happened around 11 p.m.
