According to the District Attorney's Office, the six people are employees of Don Tequila and Agave. Prosecutors say Joel Hernandez-Martinez, 29, of Mexico, who worked at Don Tequila, faces up to 10 years in prison when he is sentenced in April.

Miguel Sanchez-Ocampo, 40, of Mexico, who worked at El Agave, faces up to 10 years in prison when he is sentenced at a later date.

Four defendants have each been sentenced to time served are now in the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
