Dentists are warning parents after seeing a dangerous trend on You Tube - teens sharing videos of "Do It Yourself" braces.
Teens are using rubber bands, paper clips and super glue to create "braces" and change the shape of their smiles. Dozens of the videos have popped on You Tube, and dentists are horrified by what they're seeing.
"She doesn't understand if she is doing in inappropriately she could lose her two front teeth!" said Dr. Guy Deyton, an Orthodontist.
Doctors say DIY braces could cause your teeth to fall out, and also cause devastating infections or disfigurement.
