Bernie Sanders supporters are feeling the, "Bern" more so than ever these days.
Not only could you see it, but hear it Monday at the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia.
At the start of the convention, Sanders supporters booed every time Clinton's name was mentioned. Hundreds of people marched outside the convention hall, carrying signs that read, "Never Hillary." However, by the end of day one of the DNC, all of the anger turned to cheers as Sanders took the stage for the nights closing speech.
Bernie Sanders pleaded with his supporters to cast their voter for Clinton in November. "Any objective observer will conclude that — based on her ideas and her leadership — Hillary Clinton must become the next president of the United States," the Vermont Senator said Monday night.
"If you don't believe this election is important, if you think you can sit it out, take a moment to think about the Supreme Court justices that Donald Trump would nominate and what that would mean to civil liberties, equal rights and the future of our country," he added.
