Detectives believe vacant parking lot shooting was targeted gang violence

Buffalo Police are still investigating a fatal shooting from Monday evening in the first block of French Street.
Detectives say a 16-year-old boy was shot in a vacant lot and died at the scene.
Detectives believe the incident was targeted and appears to be gang related.
