When Governor Andrew Cuomo was touring South Buffalo with County Executive Mark Poloncarz during last week's snowstorms, he came across his one-time gubernatorial challenger’s house.

Poloncarz sent out a tweet saying, “@NYGovCuomo had no idea it was his house until I told him. Said "Nice house"”

So did Cuomo know he was using a picture of Carl Paladino’s home in South Buffalo when he put out a plea on Facebook for donations to the Food Bank of WNY and Meals on Wheels for WNY?

The governor wrote a post asking New Yorkers to come together to help those affected by the recent snowstorm and asking them to donate to charity. Along with the post was a photo of Paladino’s home with snow piled high in front of it.

Paladino, who ran against Cuomo four years ago, commented on Facebook about the governor’s post, but he seemed more curious than angry to know whether or not it was purposeful.

What do you think? Was it a coincidence?
