Crimestoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for any information leading to the arrest of the person(s) responsible for a double shooting in August 2013.
Lackawanna Police say 30-year-old Richard Abrams was killed in the shooting on Olin Lane in Lackawanna. Police say 44-year-old Damon Turner sustained multiple gunshot wounds in that incident.
