Wyoming County Drug Task Force Announces Arrests

(WKBW release) The following subjects have been picked up and arrested over the past several weeks by members of the Wyoming County Drug Task Force:

Casey Vaughn of Route 98, Attica, age 22, was charged with Criminal possession of a narcotic drug (class “C” felony) and criminal sale after he allegedly sold Hydrocodone to an undercover agent in the summer of 2011 in the Village of Attica. Vaughn is currently being held in the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of bail.

Bryan Wood, Main Street, Attica, age 18, was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance 5th degree (Class “D” felony) after he allegedly sold a controlled substance to an uncover agent in the summer of 2011 in the Village of Attica.

Benjamin Lambert, Market Street, Attica, age 35, was charged with selling an imitation drug (class “A” Misdemeanor) after he agreed to sell Ecstasy to an undercover agent and sold a fake drug instead, during the summer of 2011 in the Village of Attica.

James Walker, Market Street, Attica, age 26, was charged with selling an imitation drug (class “A” Misdemeanor) after he agreed to sell crystal meth to an undercover agent and sold a fake drug instead, during the summer of 2011 in the Village of Attica.

Thomas Conklin, Pineview Drive, Delevan, NY, age 26, was charged with criminal sale of a narcotic drug (class “B” Felony) after he allegedly sold Morphine to an undercover agent in November of 2011 in the Village of Arcade. Conklin is currently being held at Lakeview Correctional Facility on an unrelated charge.

Brittany Hart, Orchard Street, Warsaw, age 24, was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance (class “B” felony) and other charges after she allegedly sold a narcotic drug to an undercover agent in October of 2011 in the Village of Warsaw. Hart is currently being held in the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of bail.

Nathan Pries, Route 39, Perry, age 20, was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance 5th (class “D” felony) after he allegedly sold Suboxone to an undercover agent in March of 2012 in the Village of Perry. Pries is currently being held in the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of bail.
