BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) Lavina Walker, 39, has pleaded guilty to grand larceny, making it her 39th criminal conviction.
On April 4, 2014, at Tops Market in South Buffalo, Walker distracted a 76 year-old shopper and stole an envelope from him containing $800 in cash. At the time Walker was free on bail in connection with three other thefts, according to the Erie County District Attorney's office.
This is far from Walker's only run in with the law. The Buffalo woman has racked up 38 criminal convictions prior to the most recent grand larceny charge, including 3 other larceny convictions from 2014.
Walker remains free on bail. She faces 12 years in prison when she is sentenced in September.
