West Seneca Man Arrested in Connection to Orchard Park Burglary

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WKBW) - A West Seneca man was arrested Monday for numerous charges stemming from a house burglary he committed earlier in the day in Orchard Park.

Police arrested 25-year-old Adam Krytus after the burglary of a California Road home in Orchard Park. A witness observed Krytus leaving the victim’s residence, followed the vehicle Krytus was driving and provided police with the plate number, description of the vehicle, and location where she observed Krytus discard some of the stolen property out of the car window.

Shortly before 11 a.m., Orchard Park Police stopped Krytus on Bussendorfer Rd. in Orchard Park. Some of the missing jewelry from the victim’s house was located in the stolen car Krytus was driving, along with a bag of crack cocaine.

The burglary to the house was confirmed shortly after 11:30 a.m., when the owner of the house came home and observed two doors to her house had been forced open and various jewelry, money and 2 televisions were missing.

Krytus was charged with Burglary, Grand Larceny, Criminal Mischief, Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Iinstrument, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, and Vehicle and Traffic Law charges.
