BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) - Two men accused of breaking into an elderly man's home and beating him were found guilty in court Wednesday morning.

18-year-old Shaquar Pratcher and 24-year-old Elhajji Elshabazz were found guilty of second degree murder and first degree burglary.

In November of 2012, the two men broke into the home of 96-year-old Levi Clayton and beat him. Clayton died months later from his injuries.

Pratcher was also found guilty of criminal possession of a weapon.

The two men will face 25 years to life in prison when they are sentenced.

Defense attorneys say they plan on appealing the verdict, because they believe the testimony from accomplices wasn't strong enough. .
