CLYMER, NY (WKBW) - A manhunt is on for a Virginia man wanted for the murder of 51-year-old Keith Reed, the Clymer school superintendent. Police have released a photo of 42-year-old Anthony Robert Taglianetti II of Woodbridge, Virginia.

Police say Taglianetti was known to Superintendent Reed, but they refuse to comment on a motive.

Police also say Taglianetti shot Reed to death last Friday, but the superintendent's body was not found until Monday.

Keith Reed's bullet-riddled body was found outside his home in the the rural community of Clymer in southern Chautauqua County.

Police believe Taglianetti has fled the state and may be back in Virginia. They consider him armed and dangerous.

Police say the suspect has no other ties to Western New York and came here specifically to carry out the shooting.

Sheriff Joseph Gerace of Chautauqua County along with District Attorney David Foley held a news conference Thursday in Mayville to release the suspect's picture.

They put out a national all points bulletin for the Virginia man and are asking the public for help in finding him.

A team of investigators is now heading to Virginia to search for the suspect and work with authorities there.
