State Police DWI Enforcement Leads to Numerous Arrests

ORCHARD PARK, NY (WKBW/Release) - The New York State Police based out of Troop ‘A’, Zone II, and Zone ‘T-4’ on the Thru-way, conducted a DWI saturation detail Thursday night into Friday morning, during and after the Buffalo Bills game. The following individuals were arrested for DWI:

JAMES A. DOMBROWSKI (age 57) of East Aurora, NY, after being stopped on Seneca St. in the Town of Elma, for Failure to Keep Right. His reportable BAC was 0.09% and is to return to the Town of Elma court on November 29, 2012.

DAVID S. BACQUE (age 26) of Bowmansville, Ontario, after being stopped on ST-391 in the Town of Boston after Failing to stop at a red light. His reportable BAC was 0.16% and is to return to the Town of Boston court at a later date.

JONATHAN N. KING (age 43) of Charlotte, North Carolina, after being stopped on Transit Rd. in the Town of Lancaster for Failure to Keep Right. His reportable BAC was 0.08% and is to return to the Town of Lancaster court at a later date.

JOHN DENT (age 47) of Cheektowaga, NY after being stopped on I-190 in the City of Buffalo for traffic violations. His reportable BAC was 0.18%, making the charge Aggravated DWI. He was remanded to the Erie County Holding Center.

ALEXANDER DOUDS (age 41) of Grand Island, NY, after being stopped on I-190 in the City of Buffalo for traffic violations. His reportable BAC was 0.14%, and is to return to the City of Buffalo court at a later date.

The following individuals were arrested for Criminal actions during the detail;

MATTHEW POLINA (age 27) of Buffalo, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 7th, Criminal Possession of Forged Instrument 2nd, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, after being stopped on I-190 in the City of Buffalo for traffic violations. He was remanded to the Erie County Holding Center.

LAROYCE D. DAVIS (age 30) of Rochester, NY was arrested for Unlawful Use of Motor Vehicle 3rd, after being stopped for traffic violations in the Town of Orchard Park. Investigation revealed he did not have the owner’s permission to be operating the vehicle he was driving. He is to return to the Town of Orchard Park court on November 27, 2012.

In addition to the above arrests, Troopers issued 55 UTT’s, which included speeding and other traffic violations.
