TOWN OF TONAWANDA, NY (WKBW) Detectives with the Town of Tonawanda Police Department are investigating a robbery at the Key Bank branch on Niagara Falls Boulevard.
According to detectives, the suspect (pictured right) entered the Key Bank branch at 4:40 p.m. on Friday afternoon. The man passed a handwritten note to a teller, stating he had a firearm. The teller passed an unspecified amount of cash to the suspect, who fled the bank.
The suspect is described as a white male between 5'9" and 6'0" in height. He is of medium build and has a beard and mustache.
