French Creek, NY (WKBW/Release) - A French Creek man was arrested after police say he confessed to shooting at dogs.

Teed allegedly confessed, telling police he shot the dogs because they were trespassing on his land.

Police says teed "stalked and tracked the dogs and killed one, as he saw them on his property."

Teed was arrested for Felony Criminal Mischief 3rd, Felony Aggravated Cruelty to animals, and Misdemeanor Cruelty to animals.

He was arraigned by the Town of French Creek Justice and released on bail.
