LEROY, N.Y. (WKBW) - A Pavilion man already in the Genesee County Jail and on Felony Probation out of Wyoming County has further been charged following an investigation into multiple crimes occurring May 25th.
Police say a forced entry burglary was reported on May 25th at a business on Lake Street. A suspect was developed at the time but could not be located. Later in the morning, a work style box truck was reported stolen from an address on West Main Street in LeRoy, which the owner stated was stolen sometime after midnight.
The vehicle was located and recovered around 12:30 p.m. at a residence in the Town of Bethany.
Genesee County Sheriffs arrested 26-year-old Bryan Hargrave, and charged him with possession of the stolen truck.
He was arraigned and committed to the Genesee County Jail.
Further investigation by the LeRoy Police Department led to additional charges against Hargrave for Burglary and DWI.
Hargrave is scheduled to appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on June 5th.
