NIAGARA COUNTY, N.Y. (WKBW) - A North Carolina man indicted on murder charges for allegedly killing a Niagara Falls woman pleaded not guilty in court Monday.
50-year-old Richard Moore was arrested alongside 42-year-old Cammesoa Marie Williams in connection to the shooting death of 39-year-old Tijuana Davis in September.
Davis was shot twice inside her home on North Avenue. Police say the two suspects were in town from North Carolina for a wedding, and met Davis through a mutual friend.
Moore pleaded not guilty to second degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon. A judge ordered him jailed in lieu of $300,000 bail.
