New York State Police Arrest New York State Thruway Authority Employee

(WKBW release) According to a news release issued Thursday, the New York State Police announced the arrest  of a employee of the New York State Thruway Authority based at the Albion Canal Maintenance Facility.

According to the news release:

Bruce M. Rotoli, 55, of Albion was charged with one count Grand Larceny following a four-month investigation.

The charges were the result of an investigation which revealed that during the fall of 2012, Rotoli allegedly removed approximately $5745.90 of bronze bushing material from the Albion Canal Maintenance facility.

Rotoli was arraigned in front of Town of Albion Judge Gary Moore who committed Rotoli to the Orleans County Jail on $2500.00 bail.
