A Batavia man was arrested for DWI under Leandra's Law late Monday night following a traffic stop in the Town of Royalton.
57-year-old Joseph Zajaczkowski was charged with Aggravated DWI and 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child after he was discovered operating his vehicle with two 13-year-old children as passengers.
Zajaczkowski was placed in Niagara County Jail in Lieu of a $750 bail.
