On November 8 at 6:05pm, SP Lockport Troopers stopped a Oldsmobile Cutlass on Knotty Pine Drive in the Town of Lockport for driving without headlights on. After interviewing the operator, Donald Trznadel, age 62, of 36 Rockland Avenue, Clarence, NY a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected emitting from his breath. After failing several field sobriety tests, Trznadel was arrested for Felony Driving While Intoxicated, a class D Felony, Aggravated DWI, a class D Felony, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st Degree, a class E Felony and Failure To Use Headlights. He was arraigned before Town of Lockport Justice Leonard Tilney and remanded to Niagara County Jail with No Bail. Station records revealed that Lockport Troopers arrested Trznadel for Felony Driving While Intoxicated on October 19, 2011.
