WARSAW, NY (WKBW/Release) - On September 6th, 2012 New York State Police in Warsaw arrested Sheldon W. Gilbert, 22-years-old, and currently housed at Sullivan Correctional Facility.

He was charged with Promoting Prison Contraband 1st (Class D Felony), Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 7th (Class A Misd), and Conspiracy 4th (Class E Felony).
