Elma, N.Y. (WKBW) He's accused of the June killing Toys-R-Us assistant manager Larry Wells but tonight Bernard Grucza was back in court on two unrelated matters.
In Elma Town Court tonight a judge sentenced Grucza to 90 days in prison on a possesion of a weapon charge.
It stems from a previous incident when investigators say Grucza fired a gun out of the window of his Elma home.
A judged also imposed a no contact order. Grucza now cannot have any visitation with his wife and children while he's held awaiting the murder trial.
Grucza also allegedly violating an order of protection taken out by his estranged wife by making phone calls to her from prison. That matter was adjourned until January 27th.
