PERRYSBURG, N.Y. (WKBW) - Five teens from Kenmore were charged with trespassing Tuesday in Perrysburg.

Troopers charged 19-year-old Jacob Elmer, 19-year-old Travis Ratka, 18-year-old Michael Burgio, 18-year-old Matthew Ellsworth, and 18-year-old Timothy Kelly after Troopers checked for a suspicious vehicle.

According to authorities, the teens' car was spotted by Troopers across from the JN Adam grounds on Peck Hill Road, behind a pile of millings.

Shortly after checking the unoccupied car, Troopers saw it leaving and stopped it on Peck Hill Road. After speaking with the driver and other passengers, it was determined that the five teens had passed the fence and entered the abandoned grounds.

All five are due in Perrysburg Court later this month.
