BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW-TV) Today the man who escaped police while being examined at Erie County Medical Center is back in custody.

Antonio Giglia, 24, turned himself in to the Buffalo Police Department late last night while accompanied by his attorney, Matthew Albert.

Giglia managed to escape ECMC early Saturday morning while in handcuffs and under police supervision.

Today in court, Giglia pleaded not guilty to all charges and bail was set at $9500. Giglia was originally arrested for his alleged connection with a robbery. Giglia is due back in court on May 2, 2014. Albert wants his client to be mentally evaluated before his return to court.
