Cattaraugus County, N.Y (WKBW) - Following an investigation by Cattaraugus County Sheriffs and the New York State Police, Four people were arrested in multiple drug raids.
30-year-old Alexis Erickson of Allegany was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to sell. The is a class B felony. Sheriffs say the charges were a result of a motor vehicle stop in the Town of Ellicottville, resulting in a search of Erickson's vehicle.
While executing the search warrant, investigators discovered cocaine with a street value of $11,000. Erickson was arraigned in Ellicottville Town Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
Investigators also executed three search warrants in an apartment complex in Allegany. As a result, 26-year-old Jerome Hayes was arrested on outstanding warrants for failing to appear on a felony DWI charge, as well as warrants for assault, petit larceny, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the Town of Great Valley.
Hayes was also listed on Cattaraugus County's Top 10 Most Wanted list. He is additionally charged with two new counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, after it was found he was in possession of 8.6 grams of heroin and 16 oxycodone tables. Hayes was arraigned in Town of Allegany Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail on $50,000 bail.
The search warrants also led to the arrests of 24-year-old Justin Erickson of Allegany, and 26-year-old Timothy Good of Buffalo. Both were issued appearance tickets, charging them with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Both will appear in Town of Allegany Court on June 3rd.
